This page explains what personal data we collect through the contact form on veling.ba, why we use it and what rights you have.
1. Who handles your data
The data controller is VELING CG d.o.o., Kalimanj b.b., 85320 Tivat, Montenegro (company number 02967855, registry number 50681780). For any question about your data, write to info@veling.ba.
2. What data we collect
- Details you enter in the form: name or company name, phone or e-mail, your role (e.g. investor), project location and your message.
- Technical data when you send the form: date and time of sending and IP address. We use them to protect the form against abuse and spam.
This website does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers, and does not load content from external services. The server hosting the website keeps usual technical access logs (e.g. IP address and time of visit).
3. Why we use the data
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer, and the technical data to protect the form against abuse. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in the security of the website. We do not use the data for marketing messages and we do not sell it.
4. Who has access
Your enquiry is delivered to the e-mail address info@veling.ba and forwarded to authorised people in the company. Our service providers also process the data: the hosting provider of the website and e-mail (Leftor) and Google (Gmail), whose services may store data on servers outside Montenegro. We do not pass the data to anyone else unless required by law.
5. How long we keep the data
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to reply and prepare an offer, and for no longer than 12 months from receipt. The exceptions are an enquiry that turns into a business relationship (then we keep the data in line with contractual and legal obligations) or where the law requires longer retention.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and to object to processing. Send your request to info@veling.ba; we will reply within the legal deadline. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro (azlp.me).
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
